On Monday, September 14, 2020, Raglan Mine was named a finalist in the Mercuriades, the most prestigious business competition in Quebec.
This nomination in the
"Workplace Health and Safety" category attests to our employees' commitment to the prevention strategy over the past few years. It also demonstrates that with the dedication and vigilance of all our workers, we can operate a mine safely. Our priority is to protect the health and safety of all our workers. And that is something we will never compromise on.
Raglan Mine is a facility with unique challenges because in addition to mining we also manage a full-fledged municipality. We make it our duty to operate in a manner that respects the environment and local communities, while prioritizing the health and safety of our workers at all times.
Stay tuned! The winners will be announced online on September 28.
